RETURN POLICY
What is the procedure and deadline for returning my order:
Make your return within 14 days from the day you received your order.
In order to make the return, it is necessary for the product to be in excellent condition with the special markings (cards), the order receipt and the special return form.
IN CASE OF RETURN
Make a change with the same or another product in our store at 7 Fragini Str., P.C. 54624, Thessaloniki, Greece (valid only for Greek orders).
Make a change with the same or another product through our online store.
Make your change in the e-shop once you have made your initial purchase from there.
You have the option to send your parcel back with any shipping you wish as the charge is yours.
Your package inside should contain:
- the product you return
- your receipt
NOTE: To book / reserve the product with which you wish to change, you will have to place a new order following the same procedure as a regular cash on delivery order just to deduct the amount / balance resulting from your returned items. Field “Comments” note the word “Change”.
Let us inform you that the final amount with the credit will not be shown to you automatically at the time you execute your order, it will be deducted from our account after processing your return.
You must send the product in perfect condition in which you received it, i.e. without violating its packaging and confirming that the special markings of the product have not been removed. In addition, you must send us, along with the product, the retail sales receipt.
ORDER CANCELLATION
The order can be canceled in the following cases:
- Before the order is completed, during the electronic ordering process you can remove the quantities of products from your shopping cart by clicking the delete button and then updating. At the same time, you can change the amount of products you have selected to zero.
If the online order has been completed but the product has not been shipped to your place yet, you can call +30 2314 058235 and one of our partners will cancel your order.
After receiving the product, call us at +30 2314 058235
or contact us via email at info@atelia.gr explaining the reason you wish to cancel the order and one of our partners will cancel your order.
In case your order has already been invoiced and you wish to cancel it, then contact the Customer Service Department at +30 2314 058235 and provide the details of your order. One of our partners will undertake the cancellation of your order and will inform you about your choices.
PRODUCT ORDER-CONSUMER PROTECTION
Orders through the online store www.atelia.gr.gr are concluding distance selling contracts, which are governed by the legal framework of Law 2251/1994, as in force in other applicable Greek and Community legislation. After the delivery of the order, the customer must inform via email (info@atelia.gr) within 24 hours of delivery if he wishes to make a change of the products he received which in order to be accepted he must be exactly in the condition he received them, sending a relevant statement together with the returned goods within 14 calendar days from the delivery, to the address: 7 Fragini Str., P.C. 54624, Thessaloniki, Greece, or by phone at +30 2314 058235, or by e-mail at info@atelia.gr.
This right cannot be exercised for products manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized for the specific customer.
